Olympia-Alm Crossrun – 16.11

Premiere of the Munich Olympia-Alm Crossruns. A really great – international – events that has plenty of potential for the next years (as organizer one sees such events always from two angles :-)) : There are many different disciplines , from children , via youth , up to the Top-Runs and a Hobby-run.

Quasi on my way to Challenge Bahrain, and after the spontaneous cross-run (Teufelsberg) from last Sunday and a high-quality training week, I opted for the “Top-run” over 3300m: However, due to lack of competition (only 2 female) a very lonely run. The 3 lap (1100m) with each 4 partially violent hills and 3 straw bale barriers were tough. I can be very satisfied with my end time of 13.50min. In the title defense next year , I hope then please a few more girls at the start, yes ?

Thanks to the generous prize money of the title sponsor restracon (EUR 1000each) the “Top-Run” over 6600m some stars of the running scene were represented: Richard Ringer, EM fourth over 5000m, Mismas Marusa , Slovenian EM participant, as well as the Austrian champion Jennifer Wendt
