Ein ereignisreicher Tag..

Mit dem heutigen Tag habe ich auch noch einen Meilenstein geknackt: Der 100.000e Trainingskilometer seit Beginn meiner sportlichen Laufbahn (Stand 11.05. 8Uhr: 99.998,12😂)

Schlüssel zum Erfolg gibt es viele. Einer der wichtigsten davon: Kontinuität

Zum Beispiel war ich seit 7,5 Jahren (Oktober 2016) nicht mehr krank; das Datum weiß ich aush einem bestimmten Grund ganz genau. Selbst während Corona letztes Jahr habe ich nur einen Trainingstag verpasst. Es gibt immer irgendwas, was man tun kann, um den Motor am Laufen zu halten.
