What an unforgettable and great day in the Bavarian Alps! I had the great honour to run/hike with the German Cross-Country legend Peter Schlickenrieder about 20km with 2200 high meters from Schliersee via Brecherspitze, Benzingspitze, Jägerkamp, Wildes Fräulein and Aiplspitze. After the European Championship (Half distance) in Wiesbaden I went into one week regeneration before the final 6-week period until the 3-Country Marathon in Bregenz (04th October) started.
